Showroom Information

The Laurel DeWitt Showroom is exclusively available for entertainment, television, film, and photography projects approved by the showroom team. 

To use the Laurel DeWitt Showroom website you must first fill out New Account Questionnaire. Once your information has been reviewed you will receive a link to create an account. The approved account is only for your use; all information and images from the site are not to be shared with personnel not directly working on the rental for the original inquiry. 

We understand that there may be industry peers who you wish to share the showroom with; please be considerate of our showroom rules & reach out to us with their names and qualifications so that we can onboard them.

Looking to visit the showroom?

While the Showroom site is a great tool for our team and our clients alike, being able to browse pieces in person can be invaluable. We are conveniently located in Downtown L.A., minutes from the Crypto Arena/Los Angeles Convention Center. If you'd like to stop by at any point during the rental process please reach out to make an appointment.

Our showroom is available by appointment only; please ensure you receive an appointment confirmation to ensure we are prepared for your arrival.

Can I rent if I'm not in Los Angeles?

Yes! All you have to do is select shipping during checkout and fill in the address and FedEx information. To ensure a smooth shipping experience a FedEx account number is preferred.

Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time and the renter is responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

Pricing 

We apply two distinct pricing structures: some brands are priced at 5% of the retail value, while others are priced at a flat fee. The rental price for each item is provided on its product page.

Even though we have listed rental fees, we find it serves both us and our clients to be flexible. If you are working within a specific budget be sure to note that when submitting your quote and we will do our best to accommodate your project's needs.

Getting A Quote

Once you submit your desired pieces our team will verify the availability of the selected pieces, review your budget, and get back to you as soon as possible.

It's important to note that although inventory is updated regularly our team must verify availability in the showroom to ensure accuracy.

Sizing

While a majority of our pieces are US 2-6, almost all of our pieces are adjustable to some extent. With so many of the pieces being made of chain featuring adjustable clasp closings, they can fit a variety of body types and sizes. 

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

While it’s amazing to have so many pieces, it can be a bit like a needle in a haystack trying to find the perfect pieces for your vision and project. We are here to help! 

Don't worry if you can't find what you need; while Laurel and her team are constantly working on new items the showroom also accepts custom requests.

Even if there is a short turnaround for the time for your custom needs don’t let that be the reason you don’t inquire. Laurel and team are known to work magic. 

If budget is of concern we have the option for a custom rental. To move forward with a custom rental the piece would be collaborative and have to fit within the Laurel DeWitt brand, the showroom needs, and material availability. The item will be returned just like a rental and available in our showroom for future clients. This allows the showroom to create something for your project and offer it at a discounted rate.  

Damaged Goods?

Please let us know as soon as possible if a piece is broken or damaged while in your care. We understand that many pieces are fragile and some only require quick fixes. Before attempting to fix or alter something on your own, reach out to us so that we may assess and advise on the next steps. 

Use of water, oil, or spray tan on or around our pieces is strictly prohibited unless written permission is granted by the showroom team. 

Upon return, all garments are inspected to ensure they come back in the same condition as they left the showroom. If we find something wrong with a piece from your return, we will reach out to you and let you know the appropriate fee that will be charged to the card used in the rental agreement form.

If any piece is rendered unusable and must be archived due to damage, we will reach out to facilitate payment for the full retail value of the piece. 

Cancellation Policy

Once your rental agreement is signed, your quote confirmed, and you have checked out, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations. Please be mindful that we are a business and the team is working on your behalf as soon as you submit your quote.

If your project is rescheduled we will be able to make note of that and ensure that the pieces in your rental are available for the revised date.
